I'm moving to pasadena the end of july and am looking to continue training for beach. I know this is a san diego based forum but I was hoping somebody might have some advice on this.

I'm a teacher who is looking to train in the afternoons either on a sand court in pasadena or make the drive to the beach. I just am looking for some other players who are on the rise looking to improve their game.

Obviously, I'll be new to the area so it would be nice to play a little ball and have a friend or two in the area.

Well, I went and looked, and Mike is 6'6'' and AA. Sounds like you should get some hits. You may want to get in touch with Jason Raney. He is an upper level player in the LA area that may be able to help get you started.
